If a product is defective, you have 48 hours after it is delivered to contact us. If you are unhappy with a purchase and want to return the goods to us in the exact condition we shipped them, the buyer has 48 hours from delivery to contact us with any issue. We will not replace, refund, or exchange any goods once it is past the 48 hours mark or the item is custom in which we cannot resell.
