I am a small business owner working in my barn behind my home. All of my products are handmade and made to order and no two cups are made exactly the same... They are one of a kind. All orders are done in the order that they are received. The turn-around time can take up to 2-3 weeks, but in most cases, I am able to get them out sooner.(dependent on how many orders are being done at the time). By purchasing a tumbler, you agree and understand my processing time. No refunds, exchanges, or returns. ALL SALES ARE FINAL due to the custom nature of the product.
All tumblers come with a free decal, image, etc. There will be an extra fee for any more complicated designs. 
All tumblers are double walled and stainless steel to keep beverages cold or hot for 12+ hours. The cups have epoxy that is FDA compliant resin which gives these tumblers a smooth finish.
PLEASE "HAND WASH ONLY," and "DO NOT" put into the "DISHWASHER."
