SHIPPING POLICIES
Our current processing time is 2-3 weeks (excluding weekends and holidays). Once shipped, please allow 2-5 days for delivery depending on location and method of shipping. We push as hard as we can for the absolute FASTEST SHIPPING.
If tracking shows delivered and it was sent to the address shown on your receipt, our shop does not replace or refund in the case you have not received it yet. USPS can show you GPS coordinates of where the order was dropped off in the case it was mis-delivered to a neighbor. If you believe the order was stolen off your porch, you would need to contact your local police department to file a police report. Our shop only refunds or replaces packages that are deemed to be lost or damaged due to our mistake and USPS rules.
If you do not change your address on your account with us before checking out and you email us needing shipping to a different address, we will cancel and refund the order. You may place a new order with the correct address. We only ship to the address you enter on your account.
