RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations.
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
Returns and exchange details
If you are unhappy with your purchase, you are more than welcome to return the items undamaged/unused for a refund minus a 25% restocking fee. This applies if the items are found to be in good condition and not defective. You will be responsible for paying the shipping to return and we will not refund the shipping paid on the original order. Customers have 48 hours to contact us once tracking shows delivered to contact us of any damages or returns.
If items are received damaged, we issue a full refund once the item is returned. A photo of any damaged items must be provided as form of receipt. Once we have verified the damaged item, we will send a replacement or refund (whichever the customer prefers).
This only applies to damaged goods.
Once we receive the item you choose to ship back, we will then offer the refund. As always, please get tracking and email that to us because we are unable to give refunds until we have the products in hand and have inspected them.
We post our processing times in the shipping policies. Once the package leaves our shop, we cannot guarantee a delivery date as it is in the hands of the post office. We do not offer refunds for orders that did not arrive "on time" due to the post office or last minute ordering. We generally say 3-5 business days for postal delivery but those are just estimates from the USPS.com website. The Shabby Barn Boutique is not responsible for late arrival of any packages once the packages have left our shop. We only guarantee your order will be mailed out in 2-3 weeks unless other arrangements are made.
If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received it, please contact your local post office and request a tracker/investigation to be opened as they can tell you the exact GPS coordinates your order was left at. Our shop does not refund or replace packages that show delivered to the address left on the receipt.
